この頃は、日本の企業もリストラを簡単にするようになりました。途中入社の社員なんて、前は、そんなに厚遇されることもなく、やはり、最初から、その企業に在籍した人が、厚遇されていました。
入社試験では、今でも存在するけれども、学閥がある。企業によって違うけれども、今でもこれは、存在する。だから、一生懸命勉強して、大学入試を頑張り、その企業に在籍することが、幸せとされています。これは、今でも、変わらない、鉄板とされる、社会ルールだと思う。
確かに、起業家やいろんな事業で、成功しても、それは、一握りであるし、日本の社会制度を鑑みる時、やはり、社会制度は、公務員や会社員が、優遇される。なぜなら、企業等が、会社員に対して、社会保障のお金を50%、出しているからである。だから、顕著に、老後の公的年金金額は、かなり違う。
だから、私は、中途半端に、自営業や起業家になるより、会社員が良いなあ、っていつも思うし、平凡が一番なので、私は、決して、事業をしている人とは、結婚したくなかった。
成功が中途半端な状態なら、多分、老後や普通の生活にも、差し障りがあるだろうし、大きな成功があれば、それは、妻としての保証がないと思ったからです。
お金と、女、で、人は、失敗する。
だから、大きなお金は、厄介である。お金は、あるに越したことはないけれども、ありすぎても、苦労はあると思う。それが、本人ではなく、配偶者なら、離婚や、家族崩壊もする、って思う。だから、何でも程々が良い。
お金がある人は、欲しいのは、お金ではなく、名声になる。つまり、どうやって、社会的地位を保つことができるようになるか考える。
そんな人ばかりではないと、思うけど、それを手に入れた、大企業の取締役は、今度は、大きな報道という、壁によって、不便になる。
多分、どこにも、気軽に行けなくなると思うのです。人は、ないものねだりだから、ここは、どこかで、納得しないといけない。
日本社会は、まだ、横並び社会だと思うので、ここは、十分気をつけて、行動しなければ、いけない。大衆と違うことすれば、弾かれるのです。
ここのところが非常に厄介で、仕事ができても直属の上司より仕事ができたら、叩かれて、ダメになる会社員も多い。組織に、順応することは、ただ、仕事ができるだけではなく、組織に、馴染むことが非常に大事なんだけれども、企業として、いい人材が、潰されるという、ジレンマもある。
企業は、そう簡単に、人や、構成を変えることはできない。だから、この頃は、リストラは、不況ではなくても、希望退社という、形で行われ、そうして、失われた30年を取り戻そうと、今、大改革が起こっているのです。
なぜなら、転職が、多くなり、終身雇用がなくなっていく様子がよくわかるからです。
私の知人も、主夫がいて、妻が稼いでいるケースを知っているからです。世の中、変わっていくものなんだなぁ、って感じるこの頃です。
