円安はなぜ起こるのか？日本の教育からは天才は育たず産業革命は起こらないWhy does the yen depreciate? Japanese education does not develop geniuses and does not cause an industrial revolution.

以前にも書いたけれども、日経平均株価が連日更新しているが、為替では、そうではない。それどころか、マイナス金利を解除したにもかかわらず、相変わらず、円安が続いている。だから、日経平均株価が上昇したって言って、安心しては、いけないのである。なぜなら、日本株の所有者は、外国人が大多数を占めているからである。

だから、日本人からして、日経平均株価は、高くなった感じはするが、他国からは、安く見え、まだ、買えるのである。だから、このことをわきまえることは、大事です。

日本の物価は、他の国から見れば、非常にお安いのである。これは、30年も続いたデフレーションの面影を引きずっており、いくら賃金が上昇したと言っても、これは、世界中からしたら、低水準であり、これを他の通貨に換算すれば、上昇した事にはならない。

つまり、物価安、賃金安、株安。世界から見れば、まだ、日本は、「買い」なのである。どうしてこんなに、円安なのかというと、やはり、労働に対する、賃金があまりに安いのである。賃金が上昇したと報道されたが、これは、世界水準からしても、まだまだ、未達であるし、他国の貨幣ベースにすれば、もっと低賃金になる。

この頃は、海外旅行もお値段が破格に高くなった。何十年かタイムスリップしたかのように、新婚旅行を国内旅行にしたとか、聞くようになった。でも、国内旅行さえ、インバウンドで、海外からくる旅行客価格になっているので、私たち日本人は、国内旅行さえ、なかなか、大変行きにくい状況である。

そんなに日本は、貧しくなったのであろうか？日本国は、優良な債権国である。なのに、このようになってしまうのである。これは、日本の産業形態が、外貨を呼び寄せるような魅力がないのかもしれない。

旧態依然とした、この産業構造は、なかなか、変わらない。アメリカでは、テクノロジーが、日進月歩である。この産業構造こそ、日本円の価値がなかなか変われない、状態なのでないか、と私は考えるのである。これから、半導体が熊本を中心に日本に大きく成長分野ができるのではあるが、これは、製造拠点としてのことであり、頭脳分野ではない。

アメリカには、ビル・ゲイツという人物がおり、これが、元祖でこのような発展をしているが、実は、教育にも非常に熱心である。多くの偉業を成し遂げる者が、いろんな障害を持っている。これを、受け入れ、特別な教育をして、ギフテッド教育なんか盛んであるのです。

これは、メタ社のマーク・ザッカーバーグもこのように特別な教育を受けたのである。日本であれば、彼は、異端者になり、そういう機会も与えられず、ただの変な人になったに違いない。

こういう、天才的な人々は、一般的に何らかの障害を持っており、これを社会に大きく貢献できるような社会に日本は、なる必要があるのである。なぜなら、画一的なら、これは、新しいことは、斬新さが伴わないからである。つまり産業革命は起こらないのである。

アメリカのように、日本の教育も、障害を持つ人の特有のこの天才的気質を見出して、特別に、教育するシステムを構築しないと、製造することしかできなくなる。今、すでに、そうであるからです。

人と変わったところを認め、単一の価値観から、独創性を認める社会にならなければ、この大きな溝は、開くばかりである。これを実施するにしても、成果が出るには、おそらく数十年先であろう。

人材育成というものは、時間がかかるのである。今の、日本のような画一的、教育では、独創性は、なかなか生まれない。この芽を摘み取ってしまうからである。天才的才能を育てられる、そんな社会を私は、切に、願う。

Prices in Japan are extremely low compared to other countries. This is a result of deflation that lasted for 30 years, and no matter how much wages have risen, this is still a low level from a global perspective, and when converted to other currencies, It does not mean that it has increased.

In other words, low prices, low wages, and low stock prices. From the world's perspective, Japan is still a "buy". The reason why the yen is so weak is because wages are so low relative to labor. It has been reported that wages have increased, but even by world standards this is still far short of what Japan has achieved, and based on other countries' currencies, wages are even lower.

These days, traveling overseas has become extremely expensive. I've started to hear about people taking honeymoons domestically, as if they've traveled back in time several decades. However, even domestic travel is priced at inbound tourist prices, so it is very difficult for us Japanese people to even travel domestically.

Has Japan become that poor? Japan is an excellent creditor country. However, it ends up like this. This may be because Japan's industrial structure is not attractive enough to attract foreign currency.

This old-fashioned industrial structure is unlikely to change. In America, technology is rapidly advancing. I believe that this industrial structure is the reason why the value of the Japanese yen is so difficult to change. From now on, semiconductors will become a major growth field in Japan, centered on Kumamoto, but this will only be a manufacturing base, not a brain field.

In the United States, there is a man named Bill Gates, who is the originator of this kind of development, and is actually very passionate about education. People who accomplish many great things have many obstacles. Gifted education is becoming more popular by accepting this and providing special education.

This is how Meta's Mark Zuckerberg also received a special education. In Japan, he would have become a heretic, would not have been given such opportunities, and would have become just a strange person.

These genius people generally have some kind of disability, and Japan needs to become a society where they can make great contributions to society. This is because if things are uniform, new things will not be novel. In other words, the industrial revolution will not occur.

Just like in the United States, education in Japan will only be able to manufacture people with disabilities unless a system is created to identify and specifically educate people with this unique genius. Because it already is.

Unless we become a society that recognizes people's differences and moves away from a single set of values to one that recognizes originality, this huge gap will only continue to widen. Even if this is implemented, it will probably take several decades to see any results.

Developing human resources takes time. In today's uniform education system like Japan's, originality is hard to come by. This is because they will nip this in the bud. I sincerely hope for such a society where geniuses can be nurtured.
