最近、よく利用するお店があります。日本も物価が上昇しているし、何しろ、この先、増税が待っているだから、私は、この頃は、ディスカウントストアーに通うようになりました。

そのストアの名前は、サンディっていうところですが、とにかく、破格的にお安いです。

ボックスストアって言われるダンボールをカットして陳列しているのです。

そうして、普通のスーパーで買えば、半額ぐらいの商品って、いっぱいある。週末は、ここにいくことが多くなりました。駐車場もあるところに、わざわざ、行って週末に買い出しをしています。

普通、ディスカウントストアーなんて、社員が使い捨てにされそうな感じがするのですが、このサンディのレジの人は、なんと椅子に座りながら、レジ打ちをしている。だから、とても、社員を大切にしている様子がよくわかるのです。

椅子に座って、接客なんて、私は、とても感心しているのです。

こんな社員を大切にしているなんて、感動する。普通、接客業ってのは、立ち尽くめで、とても疲れる。

社員を大切にすれば、きっと良い循環が生まれると感じる。よく考えられた経営をしているお店だと思うのです。

Recently, I've been frequenting a certain store. Prices are rising in Japan, and a tax increase is coming up soon, so I've started going to discount stores.
