ですから、不動産投資についても、余裕ある資金、自己資金で運用するのが、最善です。

ほんの数%で、持ちこたえることのできないような運用の仕方は、どの投資についても、失敗する確率が、高くなります。

投資は、余裕資金ですれば、悪い時期を乗り越えて、良い投資先であれば、必ず結果が出る、と思います。
