「孫子の兵法」を読んでみよう。Let’s read “Sun Tzu’s Military Law”.

中国、呉の国の「孫子の兵法」に触れたい、と思う。

その孫子は、戦争の困難さを知っていた、とされる、だからこそ「戦争の神様」だったとされる。

孫子は、このように語っています。

準備編。

戦争は、国家のとても重い事柄である。

それは、国家にとって、国の存亡にかかるものだからです。これら5つの項目をよくよく考えて、実践しないと、いけない。

①道。これは、リーダーと心が通じることです。

②天。色んな気象条件、時間、タイミング。

③地。これは、地形や距離等のこと。

④将。これは、リーダーのこと。知恵、信義、シンギ、まごころをもって約束を守り、人の義務を忠実に果たすこと。忠愛、チュウアイ、まごころを尽くして愛すこと、勇気、厳正、ゲンセイ、厳格で公正なこと、である。

⑤法。これは、組織、規律、装備である。

この5項目は、リーダーは、よく考え抜かないといけない、とされる。

これを実践している者は勝ち、これを実践していない者は、注意しなけば、ならない。

このように戦争を始める前の「心構え」がある。

これは、国家だけではなく、それは、企業、事業などを起こす時にも、又、人生やそれに伴う出来事に対しても、これは、当てはまる。

中国は、大きな大陸で、幾度も戦乱があり、それでも、尚、大きな大陸を有する。

この大きな歴史は、長く、これは、やはり、勉強になる。

民族的に、日本は、このようになれないところもある。

しかし、「歴史」から学ぶことは、時に、自分に役立つ、ことも有ると、感じる。

こと、組織を持つ者は、この事柄に関心を寄せても良いと感じる。

要するに、自分の立場をよく知り、相手の立場をよく知ることが、重要である、というのである。

物事は、単純ではなく、そこに色んなことが、絡んでくる。

だから、自分と相手をよく知ることは、非常に重要で、これを無くして、戦い、はできない、というのである。

これは、戦争を推奨しているのではなく、物事は常に、そういう事柄である、ということです。

若い人なら、就職についても、応用できるし、色んな場面で、このように応用できる。

人生において、「情」は、大切ですが、そのことだけでは、決して、生きることはできません。

人生や、物事に対処する時には、このように、準備をすることは、大事である。

その為に、自分を鍛錬して、魅力ある人間、になるよう、自分を知る、つまり分析することは、非常に大切である、と歴史は語っています。

「戦争」といえば、ちょっと、戸惑ってしまうかも知れない。

けれども、資本主義では、常にこれは、競争であります。

自分を知る。まずは、第一歩である。

⑤ Law. This is organization, discipline, and equipment.

It is said that leaders must think these five points through carefully.

Those who practice these will win, and those who do not must be careful.

This is the "mental preparation" to have before starting a war.

This applies not only to nations, but also to starting a company or business, and also to life and the events that accompany it.

China is a large continent that has been through many wars, but still has a large continent.

This large history is long, and it is something to learn from.

As a nation, there are some areas where Japan cannot be like this.

However, I feel that learning from "history" can sometimes be useful to oneself.

I feel that those who have organizations should take an interest in this matter.

In short, it is important to know your own position well and the other party's position well.

Things are not simple, and many things are involved.

Therefore, it is very important to know yourself and your opponents well, and you cannot fight without knowing this.

This is not to encourage war, but it just means that things are always like that.

Young people can apply this to job hunting and in many other situations.

Emotions are important in life, but you can never live on them alone.

It is important to prepare like this when dealing with life and things.

History tells us that it is very important to know yourself, that is, to analyze yourself, in order to train yourself and become an attractive person.

When we say "war," you might be a little confused.

However, in capitalism, this is always a competition.
